At Pensock Auto Glass, we stand by a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.
This warranty is limited to leaks and any defects in materials due to workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. As long as any such issues are brought to our attention within 30 days of the replacement.
Stress breaks or other defects in glass are warranted for 90 days. Motor home/RV windshields carry no stress breakage warranty. If we are unable to replace or repair any such defects in the warranted product, we will refund the original purchase price of your warranted product.
The quality of a finished repair can be impacted by the size, age, and cleanliness of the original break. Contaminants in the damage can influence the clarity of the finished repair, although the structural integrity of the glass is restored.
You may see the original impact point where the rock hit your glass more or less depending on its size. There is a chance the damage may spread or crack further from the pressure caused by the repair process while we are performing the work. If this happens, we will not charge for the repair and, with your approval, will schedule a windshield replacement.
If a successful repair ever does spread or fail in any way, we will credit the repair payment toward the price of a new windshield replacement performed by Pensock Auto Glass. Call us today for service.
The limited lifetime warranty does not cover leaks, stress cracks, or any related issues resulting from rust or vehicle body damage. Pensock Auto Glass will use all reasonable efforts to advise you of any such rust or damage prior to removal of existing glass; however this may not be possible.
In these cases, Pensock is not responsible for any associated damage. In addition, damage not involving defective workmanship or materials are excluded from coverage under this warranty.
All non-glass components including electrical, mechanical components, moving parts or motors, or other non-glass components are only covered for the length of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Yes, Pensock Auto Glass is primarily a mobile service. We feel that coming to your work or home saves you valuable time. Each of our vehicles are equipped with the tools needed to professionally install your windshield on site.
At Pensock Auto Glass we strive to provide timely and efficient service to all our customers. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify us will result in a $25 fee for the first three attempts. If a customer has more than three no-shows within a year, they will be required to pay a 50% deposit for future appointments.
Late arrivals: Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a “no-show,” and you will be required to pay a $25 fee to reschedule.
Booking appointments: A deposit of $25 is required for all in-shop appointments upon booking services. This will be deducted from your appointment total.
Exceptions: Fees may be waived in cases of emergencies (e.g., medical issues, accidents).
This policy will be communicated during the booking process.

Each repair is different. The repair generally clears the chip up about 75 – 90%. This all depends on the age, contamination, and severity of damage. Although the chip doesn’t clear up 100%, the repair is preventative as opposed to cosmetic.

In the winter, heated shelter (ie. shop, 2 stall garage, heated barn) or weather above 37 degrees is necessary for a flawless install. If you don’t have shelter, come to our shop! We have fresh coffee and wifi available for you while you wait for your vehicle to be completed.
Depending on the features your vehicle has and the type of calibration needed, we may need to schedule you for after the weather clears.
We serve all of Northeastern PA, including the counties of Luzerne, Lackawanna, Sullivan, Wyoming, Columbia, Schuylkill, Carbon, and Monroe.
If the damaged area is smaller than a quarter we can usually repair it. Just keep in mind a repair is a preventative fix, not a cosmetic one so the chip may still be visible. In some circumstances, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip or crack becoming larger, we are not responsible for this damage.
Most of the newer vehicles, even some older, have so many different options, from an auto dimming rearview mirror to forward collision alert and so much more. The VIN helps us figure out exactly which windshield features your vehicle may or may not have to insure that we have the correct windshield and tools with us.
