Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Pensock Auto Glass, we stand by a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.

This warranty is limited to leaks and any defects in materials due to workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. As long as any such issues are brought to our attention within 30 days of the replacement.

Stress breaks or other defects in glass are warranted for 90 days. Motor home/RV windshields carry no stress breakage warranty. If we are unable to replace or repair any such defects in the warranted product, we will refund the original purchase price of your warranted product.

Warranty on Windshield Repair

The quality of a finished repair can be impacted by the size, age, and cleanliness of the original break. Contaminants in the damage can influence the clarity of the finished repair, although the structural integrity of the glass is restored.

You may see the original impact point where the rock hit your glass more or less depending on its size. There is a chance the damage may spread or crack further from the pressure caused by the repair process while we are performing the work. If this happens, we will not charge for the repair and, with your approval, will schedule a windshield replacement.

If a successful repair ever does spread or fail in any way, we will credit the repair payment toward the price of a new windshield replacement performed by Pensock Auto Glass. Call us today for service.

Warranty Exlcusions

The limited lifetime warranty does not cover leaks, stress cracks, or any related issues resulting from rust or vehicle body damage. Pensock Auto Glass will use all reasonable efforts to advise you of any such rust or damage prior to removal of existing glass; however this may not be possible.

In these cases, Pensock is not responsible for any associated damage. In addition, damage not involving defective workmanship or materials are excluded from coverage under this warranty.

All non-glass components including electrical, mechanical components, moving parts or motors, or other non-glass components are only covered for the length of the manufacturer's warranty.
